Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all ArmoWatch subscriptions and purchases made through our website (armowatch.com). All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for ArmoWatch.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

ArmoWatch offers a free trial period for new customers. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. No payment is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Your ArmoWatch account dashboard under Subscription Management.
• The Paddle customer portal (link available in your billing emails).
• Contacting our support team at support@armowatch.com.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days from the billing date are not eligible for a refund.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial annual purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day refund window, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period.

4.3 Add-On Modules

Add-on modules (such as AI Governance) follow the same refund policy as the base subscription to which they are attached.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following channels:

• Support Ticket: Submit a ticket through your ArmoWatch dashboard.

Please include the following information in your refund request:

• Your registered email address.
• The date of the transaction.
• The reason for your refund request.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions cancelled after the applicable refund period (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual).
• Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation.
• Setup fees or professional services (if applicable).
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

9. Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree with the new pricing.
